2. Secondly, we should try not to work out when it is very cold outside or on a humid day, as this can cause us to sweat more and use more electricity from our treadmill.

 

3. Turning off the console while not in use – Most treadmills have a console on them where you can set a timer and/or track your fitness goals. If you’re not going to be using it for more than 15 minutes, then you can turn it off to save electricity.
